Join us on Saturday, June 22 in Detroit, MI for “Updates on the Management of Prostate Cancer.” Regional meetings are a one-day, locally-focused meeting for AVAHO members and clinicians serving veterans with cancer and hematological disorders. All disciplines in the cancer care process are welcome.

This is an IN-PERSON event. A recording will be available on our website some time after the meeting.

Learning Objectives

  • An improved knowledge of current trends in the systemic treatment of prostate cancer.
  • A better understanding of how to effectively conduct goals of care discussions and manage symptoms of patients diagnosed with prostate cancer.
  • An increased awareness of the clinical implications of genetic tests used in the setting of prostate cancer.
  • Learn more about the use of palliative radiation for oligometastatic disease among patients with prostate cancer.
